For Music Monday on “Live in the D,” it was all about the world of Jazz with a Trumpet Player known for his dynamic sound and soulful style.
Allen Dennard has been dubbed “one of the bright lights” of Detroit’s new generation of world-class jazz musicians.
He stopped by to chat about his latest project and the release party happening this week.
“This release is called Black Valley and this music, this record is a tribute to Detroit’s Black Bottom,” Dennard said.
