David Foster, Chris Botti, and Katharine McPhee coming to town

Stars will be performing at the Detroit Opera House

DETROIT – A star-studded concert will fill the stage of the Detroit Opera House when Grammy-award winners David Foster and Chris Botti perform. They will be joined by special guest Katharine McPhee.

Husband-and-wife duo, Foster and McPhee, spoke with “Live In The D’s” Tati Amare ahead of their upcoming show.

“Chris and I have had a bromance for many, many years, so it was only natural that we would make music together as well. We hang out a lot. We don’t always talk about music, but we always knew that there was something there that we could do,” Foster said.

Although Botti is a jazz musician, Foster said that he understands every genre of music.

Foster and Botti have performed together in the past, but this is their first time touring together. McPhee said they’re looking forward to melding the two styles together.

Foster, Botti, and McPhee will be at the Detroit Opera House on June 21. Tickets are available online.
