Sticking with their traditional Italian roots - while adding a modern twist - is what this Troy restaurant is all about. “The restaurant’s called Antica Nova which means ‘the new antique’. We do traditional Italian dishes with a little modern twist,” said Chef Anthony Giannola, with Antica Nova. In addition to the authentic Italian dishes, the restaurant’s decor is beautiful and catches your eye on the drive in. “The building looks like a castle,” Giannola said.
