DETROIT – Two people are in stable condition after a shooting Saturday afternoon on the city's northwest side, Detroit police said.
The shooting happened on Roselawn Street and West Outer Drive.
Police said after a large disturbance in the area, somebody from a crowd produced a gun and started shooting.
A 22-year-old person was shot in the body, police said. A 23-year-old person received a grazing wound to the body. Both were hospitalized and listed in stable condition.
Police described the shooter as a black male with a light complexion and thin build who is 5 feet 8 inches and has a large Afro. Police said he was driving a charcoal-colored Dodge Charger.
Police said there's a possibility multiple shots were fired by different people as the investigation continues.
