DETROIT – Detroit police say an investigation has been launched into the death of 1-year-old boy.
The Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office said Davion Fisher died from a cranial fracture, or a head injury. It said he also had burns on his face.

Neighbors on Sparta Street, where Fisher lived, said they saw an EMS crew rush him out of his home on July 26. He was pronounced dead at Children's Hospital in Detroit two days later.
Police said they have questioned Fisher's 21-year-old mother and her 17-year-old boyfriend.
The Wayne County prosecutor is reviewing the case.
