Antonio Walker was killed when meeting someone to buy marijuana

DETROITCrime Stoppers is offering a $2,500 reward for information in the death of a 21-year-old who was killed earlier this summer on Detroit's east side.

Police said they are looking for two men who were seen with Walker at a gas station before his death.

"It's just hard to believe that something like this would happen," Walker's mother, Aureli Palmer, said.

Walker's grandmother mother, Loretta Taylor, said the family understands the circumstances surrounding the shooting but just want peace.

"Everyone wants to say that their kid is a good kid, that they're angels. I'm not going to say Antonio was an angel, but he wasn't a bad child either," Taylor said.

Walker worked as a perfume and cologne salesman until getting laid off. He enjoyed drawing Dragonball Z cartoon characters and writing poetry. He was a graduate of Vasser High School.
