PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A man stands accused of being involved in dealing stolen metals from Home Depot out of a recycling facility in Plymouth Township.

Police said Terry Glime, 56, of Birmingham, worked at Statewide Recycling and Recovery. He is charged with attempting to buy and sell stolen nonferrous metals and violating the nonferrous metal regulatory act.

The crime was uncovered during a raid on the facility on March 29.

Who conducted the investigation

The Western Wayne Criminal Response Team, working cooperatively with the Michigan Secretary of State, Department of Environmental Quality, Detroit Edison, Detroit Police Department and Home Depot conducted an undercover operation.
