The 300,000 square foot building was constructed in 1966 and was originally the home of Adell Industries.
In the 1980's Mohawk Liquor produced Kahlua on the site.
Recently the building served as home to garden and R-V shows.
Owners of the property said they will announce plans for the future of the site at a later date, but the demolition will clear way for something else to be put in it's place.
