WARREN, Mich. – A gun toting robber gave the security cameras inside the O'Reilly's Auto Parts store at 14517 East 8 Mile Rd plenty of time to get a good look at him.
The man entered the store, milled around for a while, and waited in line to buy a can of paint thinner.
The video shows that he paid for the paint thinner and then hauled out a gun. After racking, it he announced the hold up and told the three employees and four customers to do as he says.
The managers opened the cash register drawers and the robber filled his backpack up with cash. He started to leave and then realized he's missed a drawer. He went back with the gun still out and demanded the last cash drawer be opened.
Police said the suspect appears to be late teens or early 20's, his hair is in braids and the logo on his t-shirt says Levi's.
