BIRMINGHAM, Mich. – The South Bar nightclub in downtown Birmingham is closing up for good.
The bar has been too much trouble for the city and its owners. It opened a little more than a year ago on South Old Woodward and attracted some big names. However, a fistfight and shooting early Monday morning was the last in a string of violent incidents at the bar.

Three men were arrested for Monday's shooting and fight.
An attorney for the owners said the club closed for good on Tuesday.
