Adolph Mongo is a longtime political strategist, who has served an advisor to three Detroit mayors, which included, Coleman A. Young and Kwame M. Kilpatrick. He also served as a consultant to three Wayne County Prosecutors.
A former newspaper reporter for the Colorado Springs Sun, South Haven (Michigan) Tribune and Fredrick (Maryland) News-Post, Mongo has written numerous articles on a variety of subjects: which included politics, law enforcement and education. He also worked as a sports editor for the Michigan Chronicle and a freelance writer for the Detroit News "On Detroit "section.
