Last week, the former 1st lady of Detroit was seen dragging unwanted items from the home and placing them by the curb, neighbors say.
Furniture and other household remains were placed at the curb for trash pickup on July 15.
Three days later, Carlita moved the family out of their 5,000-square-foot mini mansion on Pamplona Avenue.
The five-bedroom dwelling was being rented by the family for $2,600 a month. The lease on the home has expired and now the Kilpatrick's have moved out.

A week before her move city officials say Carlita lost her job working for the city of Duncanville; she reportedly made $41,200 a year.
Carlita was left to raise the couple's three sons on her own after a federal jury found Kilpatrick and close friend Bobby Ferguson guilty on multiple counts including racketeering and conspiracy on March 11th.

During his trial Kwame begged his parole agent to let him go home to Texas to see his family.
That request was never granted and instead of going home to Texas, Kwame was sent directly to prison to await his sentencing.
