Both men received $75,000 bonds and are scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

Police said the search was connected to the investigation into April Millsap's murder. However, Lt. Michael Shaw said that's not the case now.

The teen was found dead July 24 in a drainage ditch in Armada. Two joggers noticed the girl's border collie by a trail and followed it to Millsap's body.

An autopsy confirmed that Millsap was killed, but Armada Police Chief Howard Smith declined comment on how she died, other than that she was neither shot nor stabbed.

No other arrests have been made in this case. Police did release a sketch of a person of interest who they want to talk to regarding Millsap's murder.

They were looking for a van but have ruled it out.

On Friday, state police were searching Omo Lake. Millsap's body was found near the lake.
