SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Kobiee Emanual Hooper, a 20-year-old man from Detroit, was arrested for shooting two people at the Duo Restaurant and Lounge on Northwestern Highway in Southfield Saturday.
Police say the shooting happened after an altercation outside the nightclub. Both victims are recovering from their injuries.

Hooper was arrested at a Detroit home on Tuesday. He has been charged with two counts of assault with intent to commit murder and two counts of felony firearm.
Assault with intent to commit murder is a felony that could lead to life in prison. Felony firearm is punishable by two year in prison.
Hooper was arraigned Thursday. His bond was set at $500,000 and a per-exam conference was set for October 2 and 8:30 a.m.
