Dearborn police seek 'bad teeth' bank robber

Police say man robbed Comerica Bank at 8520 North Telegraph Road

DEARBORN, Mich. – Police are looking for a man who, they say, robbed a Comerica Bank on Monday at 850 North Telegraph Road.

Dearborn police say the man presented a note demanding money and threatening the occupants of the building if his demands were not met. After being handed an undisclosed amount of cash, the man fled the building and ran south along Telegraph Road. It is not known at this time if he continued on foot or entered a vehicle, police said.

Description of robber:

He is described as a black man between 50 and 60 years old, standing about 6 feet tall with a thin build and bad teeth. He was wearing a black baseball cap with "Detroit" in white lettering across the front, a black hooded sweatshirt with red strings and hood interior, and blue jeans.

Reward being offered:

The Dearborn Police Department is requesting assistance from the public to identify this individual, and Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of a suspect.
