WARREN, Mich. – Warren police are investigating a deadly shooting in the area of 13 Mile and Mound roads.
UPDATE: Boyfriend being questioned after Oak Park woman fatally shot in Warren, sources say
Sources tell Local 4 a woman was transported to a hospital with a gunshot wound. Local 4 has learned the woman, 34, has died. She was a resident of Oak Park.
She was shot in a car outside her boyfriend's home Friday morning at the Stoneridge at Heritage Village condominiums. Sources say police are questioning her boyfriend. They are not searching for a suspect.
Troy police are assisting with a K9 unit as they search for a weapon.
Warren police were working with nearby schools to make sure bus stops are clear.
