New recordings were leaked Monday by Motor City Muckraker. The website claims it is the Warren mayor who is heard making racist and sexist comments.
These latest allegations are in addition to audio released late last year which allegedly captured Fouts making comments about people with special needs.
Fouts has denounced all of the recordings, calling them phony and saying all of it was "engineered" by Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel.
