DETROIT – A $50,000 reward is being offered for information on the fatal 2012 shooting of a 64-year-old liquor store owner on Detroit's west side.
Faraj "Fred" Dally, 64, was killed around 9 a.m. May 1, 2012, in front of the Medicine Chest liquor store, at 9840 Dexter Avenue.

Police said Dally was gathering things from his dark blue Jeep Cherokee when he was approached by two men, one of whom was armed with a gun.
The men pulled up in a silver or white minivan, robbed Dally and shot him.
Dally died from his injuries.
Associated Food & Petroleum Dealers is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the men responsible for the murder.
Dally was the former AFPD chairman and a longtime Detroit businessman.
