DETROIT – President Donald Trump's inauguration speech included a quick mention of Detroit when he was talking about opportunities for Americans under his presidency and beyond.
"Whether a child is born in the urban sprawl of Detroit or the wind-swept plains of Nebraska, they look up at the same night sky, they fill their heart with the same dreams and they are infused with the breath of life by the same almighty creator," Trump said.
His speech lasted for about 16 and 1/2 minutes after he and Vice President Mike Pence took their oaths of office.
