DETROIT – DTE Energy said 7,400 customers are without power in Metro Detroit due to thunderstorms and heavy rain.

The latest update came around 9:30 p.m. Monday. DTE Energy said crews are working to restore power.

All customers are expected to regain power by Tuesday morning, barring any other storms, DTE Energy said.

Parts of Wayne, Macomb and Oakland counties are under a flood warning until 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, the National Weather Service announced.

Rainfall amounts between 2 and 4 inches are expected, with additional rain possible as thunderstorms lift north early in the night.
