DETROIT – A massive gas fire Monday night on the Orion Township-Auburn Hills border interfered with emergency phone lines.
An Oakland County Sheriffs department spokesman says the explosion and fire has impacted many Public Safety Answer Points (PSAPs) including the Sheriff's office and 13 dispatch centers in the county.
