Traffic: I-75 construction 🚧
We're in the midst of another Oakland County I-75 construction phase: Segment 3 of the project focuses on rebuilding the stretch between Eight Mile and 13 Mile roads, which is more than 5 miles long. Here are the details.

FCA plant construction update in Detroit 🏗️
Construction of Detroit's new assembly plant is well underway. On Tuesday, the first piece of steel for the new paint shop will be erected, marking a major milestone. We'll be there for it.
Blood drive at Little Caesars Arena 🏥
An emergency blood shortage is prompting the American Red Cross, in a partnership with Little Caesars Arena and Meijer, to hold one of the largest blood drives in Michigan at LCA on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Full info here.

Today in history: Fast Times at Ridgemont High debuts 🎥
On this day in 1982, the teenage coming-of-age comedy "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" opens in theaters. The ensemble cast also featured the (then relatively unknown) future A-list actors Sean Penn, Nicolas Cage and Forest Whitaker, as well as Judge Reinhold, Eric Stoltz, Ray Walston and Anthony Edwards.
