OK hold up -- here's what I'm talking about: We launched a new bracket tournament on ClickOnDetroit this week to find out who Detroit sports fans have despised the most over the past few decades. The Red Wings region of the bracket is loaded, thanks mostly to the long run of success for the Red Wings between 1995 and 2009. Four championships and big-time playoff match-ups molded this region into a list of heavy hitters.
The top seeds won't shock anyone: Claude Lemieux and Patrick Roy. These two battled and brawled with the Red Wings for years, including the legendary "Brawl in Hockeytown" in 1997.
Lower seeds include Sidney Crosby, Chris Pronger, Tie Domi, Adam Foote and others.
I can't say I agree with these picks on a personal level, but I get it. But personally ... I would not have Sidney Crosby on the list, and I definitely would add Scott Stevens.

Anyway, we're patiently waiting for training camp -- here's the schedule for the NHL Prospect Tournament and Red Wings Training Camp in Traverse City:

- Friday, Sept. 13 - Practice - 9:30 a.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 14 - Practice - 9:30 a.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 14 - Alumni/Celebrity Game - 6 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 15 - Red and White Game - 12 p.m.
- Monday, Sept. 16 - Practice - 9:30 a.m.
