Heavy downpours forced part of I-94 to temporarily close due to flooding in Macomb County

WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. – Heavy downpours caused flooding in a section of I-94 that caused the freeway to be closed for a couple hours.

The flooding on westbound I-94 after 12 Mile Road and eastbound I-94 after I-696 was cleared up by 8:20 p.m. and only lasted for around two hours.
