Cook was also charged with possession of a weapon by a felon and assault with a dangerous weapon. Myles was also charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended, revoked or denied license, second offense.

According to police, Cook, Myles and two women, none of whom is a resident of the park, were at Twin Pines Trailer Park about 11 a.m. to talk to a resident about a possible lost dog.

Police said the conversation started to lead to an argument, so Cook, Myles and the women fled the park in an orange Jeep that belonged to one of the women.

Surveillance video shows the Jeep stopped on 11 Mile Road. Cook and Myles allegedly got out of the vehicle and fired shots into the trailer park. Multiple homes were hit by bullets, police said.

Police tracked the Jeep and occupants to a hotel in Sterling Heights, where all four people were arrested without incident.

Cook and Myles were each given $250,000 bail. If they post bail, they will each be required to wear a GPS tether.
