Waterford Township police seek assistance identifying attempted burglary suspects

Police are asking for help in identifying two suspect who tried to break into a business on Oct. 6, 2019. (WDIV)

WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two people who tried to break into a Waterford Township business Oct. 6.

According to authorities, two people tried to break into a business located in the 5100 block of Highland Road while dressed in black hooded sweatshirts and jeans.

One of the suspects wore glasses and had a U.S. Air Force symbol on the chest of his shirt.

Police said the two tried to force open the rear door of the business before leaving in a silver four-door that had an orange top-hat sticker on the left rear window.

The investigation is ongoing.
