MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – Surveillance video shows the moment a car thief struck in a 7-Eleven parking lot in Macomb County, police said.
A woman went into the store at around 3 a.m. Friday. She left her silver 2006 Buick LaCrosse running in the parking lot.
A man in the parking lot noticed the car and when he realized the driver wasn’t paying attention, he took advantage of her mistake.
It only took about 40 seconds for the thief to get inside and drive away with the Buick.
