At the top of our 11 p.m. broadcast we’ve got the latest on several races we’re watching closing on election night. That includes the mayoral race in Warren. Right now, the race is very close with Fouts trailing in the early returns. Fouts is behind by several hundred votes to challenger Kelly Colegio.
