BURTCHVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Two people were killed and two others were injured Thursday in a crash on an icy bridge in St. Clair County, police said.
The crash happened after 6:30 a.m. Thursday on M-25 near Jeddo Road, deputies said.

A 30-year-old Burtchville Township woman was driving a 2004 GMC pickup truck north on M-25 with a 38-year-old Burtchville Township man as a passenger, according to authorities.
The woman lost control of the pickup truck on an ivy bridge, crossed the center line and crashed head-on into a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old Lexington man, police said.
A vehicle driven by an 80-year-old Fort Gratiot Township man then crashed into the other two vehicles, according to authorities.
The woman and man in the GMC were killed in the crash, officials said.
The Lexington man and the Fort Gratiot Township man were taken to McLaren Port Huron Hospital by Tri-Hospital EMS, police said. Their conditions were not disclosed.
Burtchville Township officials are investigating the crash.
M-25 was shut down for about 2 1/2 hours after the crash, officials said.
