Police want help identifying suspect accused in fatal shooting of 18-year-old woman
Detroit’s police chief made a plea for the public’s help in getting justice for a young woman shot and killed while riding her bicycle. Tikiya Allen was killed Wednesday while riding her bike on Detroit’s west side.
