Sean “Diddy” Combs has been ordered to pay Michigan prisoner Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith a $100 million default judgement after failing to dispute sexual assault allegations.

Combs was due to appear in Lenawee Circuit Court for a virtual hearing Monday, Sept. 9 but failed to show up.

A judge awarded Cardello-Smith a multi-million default judgment.

Default judgments are issued when a defendant fails to respond to a court summons, appear in court or file a response to a complaint within the required time.
