Quinn was also assigned to the Ingham County SRT from 2015 to 2020 with his handler, Lt. Travis Bove.

The East Lansing Police Department said Quinn had numerous successful tracks for missing children, suspects wanted in crime, article searches and narcotics seizures. He retired in 2021.

“K9 Quinn and Lt. Bove were responsible for more captures than any other K9 team in ELPD history and their successes continue to live on,” wrote the police department on Facebook. “Rest in Peace, K9 Quinn.”
