Called "Ready Player One: Bar and Arcade," owners say they plan to open near the end of April 2017.

They will be occupying a space in the Globe Building on Fort Street in Greektown.
Their Facebook page describes the spot as a place where you can grab a drink with friends, grab some good eats and enjoy your favorite old school games.
Here's how it'll work: "The arcades and pinball machines will each be run on tokens. However, we will be having a free play model where as long as you are eating or drinking you will be playing for free. You order a drink, here's some tokens; you order a sandwich, here's some more token."
