WESTLAND, Mich. – A fire is forcing evacuations Thursday at a senior apartment complex in Westland.
According to authorities, there was a fire on the ninth floor of Taylor Towers at 36500 Marquette Street.

The fire has been extinguished, but residents on the floors above the fire are being evacuated. Injuries are unknown at this time.
