DETROIT – Eastbound I-94 at Livernois Avenue has reopened after being closed for hours Sunday morning.

According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, there was a shooting on I-94.
Below is video from the scene.
Two up-and-coming Detroit rappers, a man and a woman, were driving in a vehicle that was shot at, police said. Police said 30 shots were fired.
Police have not released the names of the victims.
