EAST LANSING, Mich. – Former Michigan State University football player Demetric Vance appeared in court Tuesday to be arraigned on criminal sexual assault charges.
Vance, 20, is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to police, Vance, along with Josh King and Donnie Corley, assaulted a woman at a party during the early morning hours of Jan. 16.

Vance is the first of the three men to be arraigned.
He was given a $10,000 bond at 10 percent.
