LOOK: Mexico City earthquake destruction caught on video

There are at least 217 confirmed fatalities after a powerful 7.1-magnitude earthquake struck near Mexico City Tuesday afternoon.

Mexico City Mayor Miguel Angel Mancera said 44 buildings were severely damaged or destroyed.
