DETROIT – Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan is expected to hold a press conference at 2 p.m. on Wednesday to address the city’s response to coronavirus concerns.
Watch it live in the video player above at 2 p.m. In addition to highlighting the most recent infection and death trends, the Mayor will announce a major expansion of testing access for many Detroiters without prescriptions at the Fairgrounds regional testing site.
The Mayor also will be joined by the head of the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation to report out on the results of the $4M small business relief grant program announced last month to assist small businesses struggling due to the COVID-19 crisis. Also joining will be the owners of two small businesses that were awarded grants through the program.
