ROYAL OAK, Mich. – People in Royal Oak came together to help a woman celebrate her 104th birthday.
The woman’s neighbors wanted to make her day extra special, which can be difficult amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. But they go the word out and the response was overwhelming.
