ECORSE, Mich. – A man was killed and a woman was injured in a shooting late Wednesday night outside a Family Dollar store in Ecorse.
The shooting happened in the parking lot of the business on Southfield Road near Jefferson Avenue.
Police said a man and a woman were sitting in the car just before 9 p.m. when the man was shot and killed. The woman was shot but is expected to survive.
The man is believed to have been in his 30s.
Police are still investigating. No arrests have been made.
