COMMERCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Michigan State Police and Kroger teamed up on Wednesday to give shoppers a Christmas surprise of gift cards in Commerce Township.
An MSP trooper dressed as The Grinch and roamed through the store on Union Lake Road handing out $4,000 worth of gift cards.
