Detroit police seek person of interest in fatal shooting of 44-year-old man

Police believe person of interest might have information about shooting

DETROIT – Police are hoping to identify a person of interest wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 44-year-old man in Downtown Detroit.

The shooting happened around 9:40 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 4600 block of St. Antoine, according to authorities.

A 44-year-old man was shot inside a building, police said. Medical officials took him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities believe the person of interest in the image above might have been at the location when the shooting took place. They believe he might have information for investigators.
