NOVI, Mich. – Michigan State Police are investigating a “serious” crash that closed I-96 lanes Saturday morning in Novi.
At about 9:25 a.m., a serious crash occurred on westbound I-96 at Wixom Road, officials said. Details of the crash have not yet been announced.

Westbound lanes on I-96 were closed at Beck Road as of 10 a.m. amid the police investigation. They have since been reopened.
