He was a student at Summerfield Schools.

Officials said Giles’ 37-year-old father and 13-year-old brother were burned while trying to rescue him. They were taken to a Toledo hospital for treatment and later released, according to authorities.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau at 734-240-7530.
