Detroit – School is back in session, which means busy mornings of kids getting out the door in a hurry, with a healthy breakfast and a healthy school lunch that kids will not want to trade away.
We talked to personal chef Marci Sheinbaum about quick lunches you can pack for you kids ahead of time.

Here is the recipe for the Chicken Quesadillas
Quick Chicken Quesadillas
Makes 4 servings
4 Flour tortillas
1 cup of cheese Shredded Cheese
2 cups of Grilled Chicken (can grill yourself or buy from store)
Butter to grease skillet
Directions:
1. Heat a skillet on medium high heat melt butter in the skillet
2. When heated, place flour tortilla in the pan, add cheese and chicken
3. Fold tortilla in half and cook on each side until golden brown
4. Take of heat and cut in half
5. Pack quesadillas with salsa and guacamole if you choose
