When they arrived, authorities from multiple communities realized that an explosion at the complex had damaged four apartments -- two of them heavily.

Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment, including two to a burn center. No further information about their conditions has been revealed.

Officials are still investigating the cause of the explosion.

The entire strip is currently displaced because the water had to be shut off, firefighters said.
