Police say the driver sustained minor cuts and was experiencing ankle pain after the crash. First responders rendered aid, then the driver was taken to the hospital for treatment, officials said.

The driver had a suspended license and was cited and released, police said. They don’t believe alcohol or drugs are factors in the crash.

The exterior of the abandoned building appears to have been significantly damaged in the crash. See a photo of the scene below.

Police say they’ve attempted to contact the building’s owner, but have been unsuccessful.
