Detroit police investigating shooting that left teen killed, another injured on city’s west side

Shooting happened before 7 p.m. Thursday

DETROIT – One person was killed and another was injured in a shooting on Detroit’s west side, according to police.

The shooting happened at 6:58 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 15) in the area of Vaughan and Pilgrim streets in Detroit.

The victims are brothers and are in their late teens, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing.
