SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. – A northern Michigan woman intentionally set her house on fire that killed her and her three children, officials say.
The Sault Ste. Marie police department shared on Facebook that a fire that broke out on March 14 has been identified as a murder-suicide.

The investigation determined that 31-year-old Alicia Adzima caused the fire in her home with the intent to cause death to her and her children.
The investigation is ongoing as officials are determining exactly how the fire started.
Along with the mother, her three children, a set of twins who are 4-years-old and a 1-year-old son, was killed.
