Airbnb announced an anti-party crackdown in Michigan during the Memorial Day and Fourth of July holiday weekends.
The crackdown is enforced by a block on certain one-night and two-night reservations on all home listings in Michigan and throughout the U.S. The goal of these blocks is to reduce the risk of disruptive and unauthorized parties.

Any user who breaks a no-disruptive and unauthorized-party rule may be subjected to suspension or removal from the platform.
Airbnb had a similar crackdown last year during the same weekends which deterred nearly 300 people from booking entire home listings in Michigan. Airbnb also encourages Michigan residents to report any unauthorized parties through their support page.
